Mornings With Marie: New Fantasy Short Stories
Good morning, Marienettes! 😘🌷
As promised, here’s our special edition newsletter for May, featuring the two short stories I’ve written in response to the prompts I received on Twitter.
Here’s what I got from Joel:
Those images gave rise to The Ruins, a fantasy story of two siblings who investigate their parents' disappearance. 🏃♀️🏃
Meanwhile, this is what Haze chipped in:

And it resulted to The Vow, a fantasy story of a woman in a town with mysterious marriage rituals who learns what it really means to be a bride. 👰
I really hope you enjoy both stories! 🥰 As you can see, I’ve changed things up a little since sending the stories in PDFs didn’t seem to be something you guys liked. Clicking on a link to read should be easier instead of having to do a few more steps, yeah? 😉
If you wish to prompt me for June’s stories, just please reply to this mail and let me know! I would love to take on your challenge, and I should have enough time to write if you tell me this early. May you have a lovely rest of your week! 💕
xoxo, Marie
PS. In case you missed the Hotel Fen audiobook launch party, you can catch the replay here. Along with the interviews and readings, we also had lovely musical performances by my friends from PlayfulMix Cebu, and I shared some never-before-heard snippets of new Hotel Fen songs. (Hint: One’s entitled Elevator II, and the other is Ivaldi’s song. 🥳)
